Anti-spam regulations

Users must obtain proper consent (opt-in) from recipients before sending any SMS, WhatsApp, or automated messages.

Failure to obtain proper consent may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Responsible Communication

Users must ensure that all communications sent through Calium Systems LLC platforms:

Are truthful and not misleading

Are relevant to the recipient

Respect recipient privacy

Provide a clear method to opt out of communications

All automated messaging systems must respect opt-out requests immediately.

5. Account Suspension

Calium Systems LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Messaging abuse is detected

Spam complaints are received

Carriers or service providers flag activity
